On Saturday June 6th is Noord's 1st Floating Market/Drijvende Markt, from 13 - 19 @Buiksloterkanaal, next to Van der Pekplein in Noord.
It is advertised as having various activities- artists selling works/goods, food, drinks, and certainly music, AND stuff for the kids!
Why might you be interested??: you get a glimpse into the spontaneity and creativity that exist in the City, you get a taste of the road less traveled by visiting Noord (for tourists take the free boat across the Ij River that says Buiksloterplein).
